Returns are accepted only if the product delivered is damaged, defective, expired, or not as described.

Products must be returned within 7 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items
For safety and quality reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used:-
Seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, and plant growth products once opened.

Perishable, consumable, or temperature-sensitive products.

Replacement Process

To request a replacement, please email customercare@kisankavikas.com or call our support team within 7 days of delivery.

Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or replacement after verifying the issue.

In some cases, you may need to send product images or videos for quality verification.

Return Shipping

If the return is due to an error from our side (wrong or damaged item), shipping costs will be fully covered by Kisan Ka Vikas.

If the return is due to any other reason (customer preference), return shipping may be charged.
